Optical & Laser Pulse Sources
- Optical Comb Generator
Delivers visible optical pulse trains for precise time base calibration of streak cameras, detectors, and high-speed sensors. - Fiberized Laser Pulser (FLP)
VCSEL-based light source with external drive. Ideal for calibrating long-duration sweep modes (>1 μs). Compact, unpowered design with fiber output.
Imaging
- Free Space Reticle Nest
Mounts and aligns precision calibration reticles to ROSS input optics allowing user driven spatial contrast optimization/verification - Flat-Field Illuminator
Uniform RGB LED light source for flat-field image capture and reticle backlighting. Supports pulsed and DC operation modes.
Triggering & Remote Communication Interfaces
- CCD Trigger Combiner Box (CTCB)
Enables dual-source CCD triggering—internal for calibration, external for experiment shots. Ideal for systems without pre-trigger capabilities. - Serial to Fiber Adapter (Extended Communications Link)
Provides optical isolation and long-distance (up to 60 m) remote control of ROSS systems. Designed for high-EMI or remote lab environments.
