X-Ray Detection
Capture. Measure. Analyze.
Revealing the Elements of Energy
Sydor’s Advanced X-Ray Diagnostic systems are built to deliver real-time visibility into X-Ray beam position, intensity, and time-resolved event behavior in demanding environments such as synchrotrons, FELs, fusion experiments, and high-energy laser facilities. Each system provides non-destructive measurement, high-speed imaging, and immediate feedback.

X-Ray Cameras and Detectors
Sydor delivers direct imaging X-Ray detectors and sensors spanning the hard, tender and soft X-Ray regimes, in addition to EUV ranges that optimize the capabilities of the newest and brightest light sources. Applications requiring this technology range from high energy, high flux experiments at Synchrotron facilities to soft X-Ray detection.

Beam Monitoring and Control Systems
Continuously measure X-Ray beam position, timing, intensity, and flux without interrupting the beam. Sydor’s diamond beam position monitors use radiation-hard synthetic diamond sensors and achieve sub-micron position resolution while operating in ultra-high vacuum, vacuum, or in-air configurations. The system pairs with the T4U Electrometer for low-noise, high-speed readout of current, position, and timing across multiple channels.

Transparent X-Ray Camera
Engineered as a durable, diamond based profilometer that remains permanently in the beam path, delivering real time characterization of X-Ray beam position, size, shape, and flux. Ideal for synchrotron light sources and FELs requiring continuous, non-invasive diagnostics.

High & Low Speed Framing Camera
Engineered for time-resolved, multi-frame X-Ray capture in vacuum environments. The XRFC records 2D spatial frames or 1D spectral strip images with nanosecond gating—ideal for inertial confinement fusion research, shock physics, and ultrafast diagnostics.
