The Sydor Picosecond Gated Optical Imager (psGOI) is a fully-integrated imaging system that employs ultra-fast, 80 ps gating capability to capture crisp images without blur.
The GOI is a powerful diagnostics imaging solution which is cost-effective, easy to implement, and designed to accommodate changing configuration requirements.
The system uses multiple imaging heads to acquire 2D images at chosen gate times for fusion, LIDAR, and shock experiments. This system was engineered with flexibility in mind to accommodate evolving requirements. Solutions are available with 1, 2, 4, or 8-channel imaging heads, and are upgradeable to accommodate more imaging heads when needed.
Specialty imaging heads enhance the spatial resolution and overcome the distortions often associated with imaging at this fast of gating speeds.
Sydor integrates individual components- from the triggering and timing of each independent channels to the operation of the cameras, and even allocation of power distribution within the Sydor GOI software.
