“Based on the platform of the Sydor ROSS Streak Camera the Sydor ROSS X-Ray Streak Camera will deliver the highest precision and accuracy enabling single secondary electron detection and world-class performance in the most demanding applications,” said Michael Pavia, President of Sydor Instruments, LLC.

Sydor Instruments is the only commercial supplier of the ROSS (Rochester Optical Streak System) technology, which has been developed under an exclusive license from the University of Rochester, Laboratory for Laser Energetics.

“This is an evolution of breakthrough technology and builds on the previous success of the Sydor ROSS 5100 and 8200 UV, Visible, and IR Streak Cameras,” said Pavia.  “The Sydor ROSS family of streak cameras now cover the full spectrum of diagnostic wavelengths coupled with advanced software for comprehensive experimental analysis.”

This is the first year Sydor Instruments will showcase a new cutting-edge X-Ray Streak Camera product at a world-renowned tradeshow and the third year Sydor Instruments has launched custom diagnostic imaging systems for the optics and photonics industry at Photonics West 2007.

Registration is now open to attend Photonics West 2007 and gain first-hand exposure to Sydor’s latest development.  For more information on the SydorROSS X-Ray Streak Camera or visiting Sydor Instruments’ booth (#346) at the upcoming exhibition, contact Sydor Instruments at 585-427-9112 or visit us on the web at www.sydorinstruments.com .
